The Spens family name loosely translates to “keeper of the larder” and we find no better way to honor this than to create culinary masterpieces using the seasonal offerings Scotland provides. 

We use produce from our own walled garden as well as the neighboring farms and Estates.  Our meat and protein are carefully selected from local artisan suppliers, allowing our menus to feature the finest of Scottish ingredients. We feature wines from around the globe to complement our seasonal fare, while the bar offers local beer on tap and an excellent range of Scottish whisky and gin.

Our restaurant and bar face the South lawn and gardens providing sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.  The large wood burning stove and open fireplaces provide a warm atmosphere for those cooler, rainy days.
